Dear all,

We are excited to invite you to the online course Machine Learning for Bio-Imaging, taking place from 10–12 March.

Course website: https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/ml-for-bio-imaging/

Over three days, participants will learn how to apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to biological and biomedical images. The course combines concise lectures with hands-on Python sessions, covering image segmentation, classification, data preparation, augmentation strategies, and model interpretability using Class Activation Maps (CAMs).

The course is designed for graduate students, postdocs, and early-career researchers with intermediate Python skills who want to enhance their bioimage analysis workflows.

Sessions run live online from 14:00 to 19:00 CET.

It is still possible to join us, and we would be delighted to have you participate.
