Would you like to strengthen your Python skills and apply data science approaches to biological and bioinformatics questions?

Join our online course “Advanced Python for Data Science and Bioinformatics” from 3–6 November 2026.

This four-day course will guide participants through the complete data science workflow, from data preparation and visualization to machine learning and model evaluation, with examples and applications relevant to biology and life sciences.

During the course, you will learn how to:

  • Work with intermediate and advanced Python concepts;

  • Manipulate and analyze biological data using tools such as Pandas and BioPython;

  • Create effective data visualizations with Python;

  • Understand and apply fundamental machine learning approaches;

  • Develop a complete data science project from raw data to model evaluation.

The course is designed for biologists, researchers, and life scientists with basic Python experience who want to expand their computational skills.
