microRNA are present in the gene database, just not under a separate section. See --> https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/?term=miRNA+OR+microRNA

You can also broadly search against entire NCBI: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/search/all/?term=miRNA%20OR%20microRNA
