Annotation database for plant microrna

Hi,

I am working on plant microRNAs and I am interested to know more information about microRNAs such as genome region of plants that encoding the microRNAs, targets of microRNAs and a specific microRNA present in which part of the plant(root, stem, fruit)?

Is there any database that contains this information?

miRBase contains the genomic location of known miRNAs. I don't think it has tissue-specific information.
