I want to preprocess fMRI images with FSL (Motion correction, slice time correction, normalisation, smoothing,...).

Is there a good step by step tutorial for this? i.e. showing what to invoke etc. I find the tutorial on the official FSL website not so good.

Second, does somebody know a good written text about the different steps, i.e. explaining them on a high level? Again, the presentations on the FSL website are not so good for me.
