Question about QC and scrublet
Is it reasonable you filter cells using n_counts_genes by 99.5th percentile then run scrublet or before. I want to snRNAseq data with some very high gene counts I am worried that scrublet by itself may not be taking care of it

You can run Scrublet before filtering cells with high gene counts and compare the doublet score vs
n_counts_genes.
