FACS quality control based on size and doublet detection in scRNA-seq

If, in our 10x Genomics scRNA-seq data, large cells have already been excluded previously using FACS, does that mean using a doublet detection method in single-cell analysis is unnecessary?

single-cell rna-detection facs doublet scrna-seq

No, it's unrelated. Doublets in 10x happen if two cells get enclosed into the same GEM droplet. This has nothing to do with how flow cytometry determines doublets.
