lncRNA and mRNA correlation analysis results
I have normalized LNC RNA and mRNA data. I wanted to look at the correlation between these data and find transtarget genes. As a result, I got a result of around 3,000-4,000 genes for an lncRNA. Can you tell me if this result is possible? Also, since there were so many genes, how can I select and eliminate target genes?
