I found lncRNA from transcriptome data. Now, I'm trying to identify the target from the mRNA of Zea maize with the help of LncTar tools, but my total lncRNA is 5794. My target mRNA is 44303 genes, so it is taking more time, and I'm also getting minor errors Negative repeat count does nothing at /usr/share/perl5/Genecare/PerlOligos.pm line 551, <MRNA_FILE> line 44303 Please help me thanking you

Is that a typo or a pun on Zea mays being maize?
