Access to dbSnp137 (GRCh37)

Would anyone have access to a copy of GRCh37 homo sapien dbSnp137 for download?

Any format that includes rsID, chrom start and chrom end positions would be ideal (eg. bigBed, BED4, vcf).

I have contacted UCSC and NIH - if anyone has a download link, or even could provide a temp download link I would be very grateful.
