Query on WES
I am unable to paste pic here. can any guide me if there is insertion of G on IGV but the read coverage track have no colour (grey) what does it mean? in all my patients there is sign of *I and when i click on that it shows insertion but there is no colour in read track and on position it shows same base as in reference.
