4Cseqpipe domainograms showing only gray colour
Hi all, i am facing issues and am unable to understand how to change median coverage scale in the de laat's 4Cseqpipe. my domainogram shows only gray in the entire region. although the read number is over 12 million i dont understand why i am getting gray colour instead of getting colours at the 2-50kb sliding window. please help! how can one change the colour scale??
