CLI Downloading from Human Microbiome Project Given Login + contact failure
Has anyone successfully downloaded from CLI from HMP recently? Im pretty sure you need a login, but the registration for login does not work? It just gives you an error that it is unable to process the request. That is the same for the contact to report such queries.
So im wondering if anyone has any idea on how to download more than 10,000 samples at once from the HMP via CLI and if they have done it successfully / can explain how given these circumstances.
