Machine learning for drug sensitivity prediction and signature gene
Hello,
I have 800 cell line RNA-Seq with drug sensitivity AUC and IC50 value. I want to design a machine-learning method to find signature genes for drug sensitivity.
Please help me.

we have designed a new drug, and we want to see the signature genes contributing to the sensitivity of the drug. Based on that, we can decide the type of cancer and drug combination.
