Hello:

I want to find drug response data on the NCI60 like IC50 value.

We have a developed an R package for the CellMiner:

We provide a tutorial and describe how to get the drug response values for the NCI-60 cell lines you asked for here.

This package will be in the next release of Bioconductor and requires R 3.2 which will not be officially out until April 16. If you are using OS X, R 3.2 is now available here

It has drug data for Sanger,CCLE and Heiser Cell lines.
