The Computational Biology Core at the University of Connecticut is hosting virtual bioinformatic workshops in February!

We still have space available in our RNA-seq Analysis workshop (virtual but live instruction - Feb 4-6). The workshop will go through experimental design, high throughput sequencing basics, quality control, alignment to a reference genome, differential expression analysis, and gene ontology / gene set enrichment.
