We still have space available in our upcoming RNA-seq (de novo) workshop (virtual but live instruction – August 19–21). This hands-on workshop is designed for researchers working without a reference genome.

Participants will gain practical experience with experimental design, high-throughput sequencing basics, quality control, de novo transcriptome assembly, differential expression analysis, and functional enrichment analysis—using R and the Linux command line.
