We still have space available in our upcoming RNA-seq Analysis workshop (virtual but live instruction – February 24-26). This hands-on workshop is designed for researchers working with a reference genome and annotation.

Participants will gain practical experience with experimental design, high-throughput sequencing basics, quality control, alignment to a reference genome, differential expression analysis, and gene ontology / gene set enrichment.
