Hello all, Can you recommend a good tutorial for long-read data processing from raw reads to quantification? it's my first time handling this data and I am lost in details.

What kind of quantification?
PacBio has many video tutorials available: https://www.pacb.com/learn/resources/educational-videos/
They also make various workflows/pipelines available : https://github.com/PacificBiosciences
oh, that's great. I want to do isoform quantification. Also, does Oxford Nanopore have a different workflow?
ONT has similar workflows. This is probably what you need https://github.com/epi2me-labs/wf-transcriptomes
