EstiAge files
Hi everyone,
I’m working with EstiAge and need help finding or building the gnomAD_file and hapmap_file for Chromosome 16 in GRCh38. Does anyone know where I can get these files or have them already prepared?
Any pointers or advice would be super helpful!
