How to create scoring file with LDpred2?
I am reading the documentation for LDpred2 (https://privefl.github.io/bigsnpr/reference/LDpred2.html). I am able to calculate the PGS of my dataset using the auto and infinitesimal model. However, I need to pull the adjusted weights from the models, alongside the corresponding SNPs. How can I create a scoring sheet from the LDpred2 model?
