Greetings,

Do any of you have experience with training Calico/Borzoi mini model. The github repo provides model weights for different mini models, but does not provide any information on how to train your own. I have a large data set of bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-Seq, and WGBS from cardiomyocytes at different time points post perturbation. The goal is to use the Borzoi mini model to identify regulatory motifs that might play a role in the perturbation response.
