How to combine replicates in profile plot in profileplyr package?
Hello, I'm trying to make a profile plot of some atac-seq data. I am using the package profiler and was wondering how I can go about combining my replicates in each group into one culmination so that instead of having six profiles in my plot, I can just have two (3 replicates in each group). Thanks.
