Multiple Synteny Plot using MCScanX.
Hello everyone,
I have been trying to construct multiple synteny plot for the Arabidopsis genome using MCScanX. However, I have not used the program earlier. Therefore, is there any tutorial (including example) that I could follow? I am having a hard time following the GitHub's tutorial.

Have you tried this? The tutorial uses plant genomes.
