Hello Biostars,

I have been trying to use mVISTA for the comparing the chloroplast DNA. For this purpose I used the NCBI References as input and downloaded the annotation in GFF3 format for Arabidopsis thaliana (MZ323108) as a Reference Sequence. However, the result does not show the annotation. I know the mVISTA has instructed to create the Annotation as a different style and I am not being able to convert the Annotation to that particular mVISTA format. Therefore, anyone who have the prior experience can you please help me in this issue.
