mappability regions
Hello,
Do you know where i can download mappability regions file? I downloaded bed format from https://bismap.hoffmanlab.org/ hg38 but all the region have a score of 1. I need a file which contains the scores for all the regions (and i guest for repeated regions for exemple the score is not 1).

Perhaps take a look at the blacklists in UCSC's Problematic/special genomic regions for sequencing or very variable regions tracks. There are bigBed files available from the "Data Access" section of the page.
