how to sort out regions with corresponding scores using computematrix?
Hello,
I am using ChIP-seq peaks as my region file and ATAC-seq bigwig file as my score file for deeptools computerMatrix.
What I wish to do is to sort regions according to their scores (scores from bigwig files), but --outFilesortedregions doesn't give the score. In fact, all my regions have 0 scores.
If anyone knows a way to sort the regions just in the red box in the image, could you please help me out?
