Deduplication when performing copy number analysis
Hi,
I was wonder if removing duplicates could have an impact of copy number analysis. More specifically, tools which rely of depth of coverage to infer copy number (e.g. CBS or HMMs).
I would appreciate your thoughts on the matter.
