I was tasked to find out if there are already published any research papers/studies (via PubMed for example) that use the gcPathogen (https://nmdc.cn/gcpathogen/) database in real studies and describe these studies. No need to describe them for me, simple few links would make my life way easier. Simply new to this, so some sort of a tutorial would also suffice
