DiffBind Profile Plot Error
Hello all was using diffbind and analyzing atac-seq data. Used the simple command dba.plotProfile(data). Then got this message repeatedly:
Warning in .replace_seqlevels_style(x_seqlevels, value) :
found more than one best sequence renaming map compatible with seqname style "NCBI" for this object, using the first one
Should I be worried regarding this. What does this error message exactly entail.
