Bacterial annotators: chromosomes, plasmids, integrons, prophages ?(and other mobile element)
Hi there.
I am working with environmental metagenomics data and would like to know what tools are available for analysing and annotating bacterial chromosomes and mobile genetic elements and which ones you recommend. Thank you for your answers.
