It exists a lot of excellent Awesome list of ressources like Awesome Awesomeness which focus on programming and general ressources, Awesome Bioinformatics and Awesome Bioinformatics Tools that group a lot of great ressources in many topics of bioinformatics.

It also exists lot of Awesome list of ressources focusing on specific topics (e.g. Genome Annotation, Genome Visualization, Machine learning, Community, Single Cell, etc.)

Last year I made my own Awesome-Awesomeness-Bioinformatics list that tries to list all those ressources.
