Dear members of the community,
I'd like to announce a free online hackathon, organised by NGSchool society. It is mainly for beginners in bioinfo or for bioinformaticians who want to try new types of data.
The registration deadline is 24th of July 2021. The hackathon is from 8th to 15th of September 2021.
The topics are:
RNAseq transcriptomics: from quality control to pathway analysis
Multi-omics data integration
New generation of biomarkers: miRNA and machine learning models
Epigenetics in cancer - how chromatin dynamics help tumours grow
Data visualization in bioinformatics
Please, register and spread the word. The hackathon mentors are great and even if one just wrote several first scripts in bioinformatics field, one still is welcome =)
