Hi everyone, can you share the resources to learn pangenome, how the pipeline differs from linear reference case (papers, blog posts....)?

Hi everyone, I recommend following these two researchers on Twitter and reading their papers:
Additionally, Eri's blog is a great resource, although it hasn't been updated in a while. Focus on the tools, papers, and reviews published by both Garrison and Iqbal, as they cover most aspects of the pangenome approach versus the single/linear reference. Just a note: "pangenome" and "pangenomics" can refer to various topics, but the resources I've cited are specifically about graph-based genomics.
Several community members maintain this site which will provide distilled access to the tools currently used and being developed in pangenomics. Be warned, it's not all as mature as the nice high impact papers might make out :-) .
