VCFtools warning message

Hi,

I got the following warning messages after running vcftools with PASS only filter. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

After filtering, kept 1 out of 1 Individuals

Could you please help me understand why this might be happening? Additionally, does this issue affect the accuracy of the allele counts in my data?
