Gene-pathway network with FDR or p value
Hi all,
Do you think we can add FDR or p value to gene-pathway network using cnetplot function clusterprofiler? Or other tool can do this. From the plot, we know up and down regulated genes but don't know how significant it is. Thank you so much!
