Hi all,

I have a 10x Visum spatial transcriptome data. This data was unique, because 1 visium slide contains tissues from two patients. SpatialPlot from Seurat nicely shows that that slide contain two tissue sample with gap space in between.

Any idea how people have analyzed such slide which contains multiple sample.
