whole genome seq for Gazelle - assemble mitochondria
Hello there,
I have DNA reads for whole genome sequencing of Gazelle species at 30X coverage. I want to extract the reads for the mitochondrial genome only in order to construct the mitochondrial genome. How can I do this, and which tool can perform this function?
