Overrepresentation analysis for fractions
Hi,
I have a dataset with several samples clustered according to cell fractions (immune cell types). Is there a way to determine if a cell type is overrepresented in a cluster? If the cell fractions were counts, fisher's exact test or hypergeometric test can be performed.
