Genetic DIversity Of Macrolide-Resistant Shigella species
I am working on Macrolide-resistant Shigella species, I have annotated the genome of my strains using the prokka tool, and I am supposed to do pan-genome analysis on the strains. What tools can help me achieve my goal? My strains are of different species.
