monocle3 dot plot by groups and each cell types
Hello.
I want to draw a dot plot showing the difference between two groups (control vs. treat1) by cell types for two specific genes. Should I draw it using the plot_genes_by_groups() function? If so, how should I code it? Or should I use another method?
