Hello!

Does anyone here know of any algorithms that classifies cells as either cancerous or non-cancerous based on SNV profiles identified from single-cell sequencing data? I have gone through the literature for a fair number of hours, and have only found 3 papers (maybe I am not using the right keywords)? Are there any widely used algorithms / methods in the past 20 years that produces output like this?
