sci-RNA-seq
Hello,
I have sci-RNAs-seq data. I checked quality of my dataset and this is what I got:
Intercept stands for 500 since nCount_RNA < 500 should be removed in 10X Genomics scRNAseq data. Do you have anything to say about this situation? Is this what we commonly see in sci-RNA-seq?
