Use of ichor CNA
Hi, I am working with WGS DNA of dog. I want to perform CNA analysis of these sequenced reads, Can I use ichor CNA software platform (I couldn't find the panels of normals and mappability file for dog genome in their package)? Is there any other suitable platforms to call CNA in dog genome? Could someone please help. Thanks.
