select set of intervals that cover a genomic region

Hi,

I have a set of intervals as GRanges object or as bed file. (see picture attached, link to file below). As always .bed files or GRanges are sorted by start or end position, resulting in staggered intervals. However, I want a selection of intervals covering a region (see picture). How can I select the intervals marked in the picture and disregard the rest? I want to do it genome wide so a general approach would be helpful

Here is the bed file for a random gene (mm10 genome, gene nup160) https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/lqy7e7cbg8bz7onzx2cnf/selected_gr.bed.txt?rlkey=espilxfhlrll30t3f9rvuhlko&dl=0
