human gut metagenome taxonomy profile table and KO profile table from big cohort
Hi, there, Is there any paper, supplymentary, public database contain big human gut metagenome cohort with taxononmy profile table and KO profile table? Any type(health, obesity, T2DM, etc..) of cohort is acceptable. The sample number of cohort at least 200. Can anyone tell me where I can download this data, or is there anyone can share with me?
