error in coding potential calculator CPC2
CPC2.py -i SRR27190625.fasta -o SRR27190625_cpc2_out.txt
I am facing problem while doing coding potential using cpc2. I don't why error is coming.

Looks like you are running code that was written for
python v.2.xbut you probably havepython v.3.xor a newer version thanpython v.2.6.You will need to use python v.2 older then 2.6. See: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/55913881/i-can-not-import-commands-in-my-project-now
