How can I obtain the tissue or sample name alongside the Tau score in tspex?
Hi,
I've been utilizing tspex to identify tissue-specific genes, specifically employing the Tau algorithm. However, it only provides one column for the Tau score. I'm in need of the additional column specifying the tissue. Could someone please advise on how to obtain this?
