How to root an unrooted tree with a known root tree?

Hi,

I have a problem with phylogenetic tree rooting in R.

I have a rooted species tree and several unrooted trees, all of whose taxa are subsets of the species tree.

I want to root these unrooted trees based on the rooted species tree. However, The expected roots are supposed to be different in different trees because of the taxa present in each unroot tree.

Are there any methods that I can use to achieve such tasks?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
