Error in edgeR/Deseq2 Analysis
I am trying to run edgeR/Deseq2 using kallisto quant file in galaxy, however i am unable to run it i am having an error in
read.table(file = file, header = header, sep = sep, quote = quote, : duplicate 'row.names' )
please suggest how to resolve this problem
